I’ve worked with a lot of different consultants and developers. By far working with Jessica has been my favorite experience. Not only is the product delivery exactly as promised, she takes the time to make sure you understand the process and the security so that you can make informed decisions. I’m running around trying to find more problems Jessica can solve with another dashboard. My only complaint is that I didn’t find her years ago. I can promise you will not regret working with her.

Jessica helped create a customized data dashboard for our school that allows us to see just the information we need, when we need it! Even better, she customized the system and made it intuitive for our use. Jessica stayed connected with us to help troubleshoot as we rolled it out to our faculty & staff. North College Hill School District began a dedicated journey of continuous improvement a few years ago by creating strong systems and building leadership capacity. We created a process that combined the Ohio Improvement Process (OIP) with a process our superintendent had used in the past. We were making progress, but it was slow, and teachers were overwhelmed with the workload. Jessica Lane, our recently hired data coach took the input from the teachers and created an online, automated data form that simplified the process for teachers therefore making it possible. She then went on to create additional tools that made the entire process simple and doable. Without the simplified approach that she designed our data driven process would have slowed down and even possibly stopped.
