We are founded by an experienced data coach/certified teacher with 10+ years in education.

Our practice is led by Jessica Lane, an educational data strategist and former educator who knows the classroom from the inside out and holds a MEd in Learning & Technology. She leads the DII team with wide experience in educational systems.
